Version 2026-09-08-beta-1. Operated by Paul Benedetto.

About this beta

One World Hunt is a photo scavenger game for adult account holders aged 18 or older. The service is operated by Paul Benedetto under the name One World Hunt. Contact decisivecoreanalytics@gmail.com for questions or requests. Creating a profile requires affirmative acceptance; we retain the version and acceptance time.

Your account

Provide accurate eligibility information and protect your sign-in access. Use a display name instead of your full name if you prefer. Do not impersonate others, share access with children, evade restrictions, automate uploads, or disrupt the service. Account eligibility is self-declared, not independently verified.

Your photos and our limited license

You retain ownership of your submissions. You grant the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, resize, process, screen, review, and publicly display your submitted photo and caption, and to use service providers for those purposes, solely to operate and protect One World Hunt. You confirm you created the photo and have all necessary rights and permissions. This license does not authorize using your photo in external advertising or selling it. Separate permission would be requested for promotional reuse.

Publication and removal

Photos and captions are screened before public display. Passing submissions may publish automatically. Flagged submissions remain private; uncertain results or unavailable screening lead to human review. Automated decisions can be wrong and do not certify that content is safe or lawful. You can delete a discovery in My passport or request review of a blocked submission. Deletion hides it and removes the stored photo; limited records can remain for security, consent evidence, disputes, legal obligations, and provider backups. Copies made by other people may remain outside our control.

Community voting

Daily submissions can enter the next day’s community vote if approved when that voting collection first opens. Weekly submissions are not included. Each eligible account may complete up to three rounds of three photos, selecting one or skipping. Photos are assigned to balance opportunities; you cannot choose your opponents, vote for yourself, or repeatedly vote on the same photo. Do not create extra accounts, coordinate vote manipulation, or automate voting. Winners receive recognition only, with no cash or material prize. Voting closes at midnight UTC and results are calculated after closing. Up to three favorites are selected by the proportion of completed comparisons won, only if there are at least six still-eligible entries, ten distinct voters, and five completed comparisons for every still-eligible entry. Ties that exceed available places remain unawarded. Removed or reported photos are ineligible while unavailable, and recognition is hidden if a winning photo is removed. Results are community preferences, not an objective ranking or a guarantee of equal exposure.

Safe participation

Follow the Community Rules. Never trespass, enter roads or restricted areas, climb dangerously, disturb wildlife, or use the game while driving. Skip any clue that cannot be completed safely and lawfully. The game does not require travel or taking risks. Do not photograph children, identifiable strangers, private documents, precise addresses, or license plates.

Blocking and upload limits

Account settings lets you unblock explorers you previously blocked. Blocking hides each other’s discoveries and prevents interactions while signed in; public content can still be viewed while signed out or through another account. Blocking does not file a report. Beta uploads are limited to 5 attempts per account and 100 across the app per UTC day, including replacements. Photos must be JPEG files under 4 MB after preparation. Uploads may be paused. Deleting approved or pending discoveries frees the challenge slot while the challenge remains active; rejected or reported entries still count. Entries deleted before this rule was introduced retain their original slot.

Availability and enforcement

This beta may change, be interrupted, or lose data. Keep your own copies of photos. We may remove content or restrict access for abuse, rights violations, safety, or legal reasons. Repeated copyright infringement can lead to account termination. We provide a review and contact route for disputes. No prizes, subscriptions, advertising rewards, or payments are offered in this beta. Separate rules would be supplied before introducing them.

Responsibility and changes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the beta is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or error-free screening. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Material terms changes require a new recorded acceptance before further uploads. These drafts do not impose arbitration, a class-action waiver, or a chosen court; those matters require legal review.
